We were particularly impressed with their understanding of the particular nature of the media industry and how this would affect the recruitment process. They delivered within the agreed time frame, they kept us well informed of progress and generally presented a good supply of suitable candidates for shortlist. We have been especially impressed with the high level of service and communication that we have received.
