1范围

本标准规定了不锈钢、耐热钢标准牌号及其化学成分(见表1〜表5),并以附录的形式列入了一些 牌号的物理参数、特性和用途及与国外标准牌号对照表等。

本标准规定的牌号及化学成分极限值适用于制定压延不锈钢、耐热钢(包括钢锭和半成品)产品标准时采用。

2术语及定义

本标准采用下列术语及定义。

2.1

不锈钢 stainless steel,以不锈、耐蚀性为主要特性,且铬含量至少为10.5%,碳含量最大不超过1.2%的钢。

2.1.1

奥氏体类不锈钢 austenitic grade stainless steel

基体以面心立方晶体结构的奥氏体组织(Y相)为主,无磁性,主要通过冷加工使其强化的不锈钢。

2.1.2

奥氏体-铁素体(双相)类不锈钢 austenitic-ferritic(duplex) grade stainl ess steel

基体兼有奥氏体和铁素体两相组织(其中较少相的含量一般大于15%),可通过冷加工使其强化的 不锈钢。

2.1.3

铁素体类不锈钢ferriticgrade stainless steel

基体以体心立方晶体结构的铁素体组织(a相)为主,有磁性,一般不能通过热处理硬化,但冷 加工可使其轻微强化的不锈钢。

2.1.4

马氏体类不锈钢 martensitic grade stainless steel

基体为马氏体组织,有磁性,通过热处理可调整其力学性能的钢。

2.1.5

沉淀硬化类不锈钢 precipitation hardening grade stainless steel

基体为奥氏体或马氏体组织,并能通过沉淀硬化处理(又称时效硬化)使其硬(强)化的不锈钢。

2.2

耐热钢 heat-resisting steel

在高温下具有良好的化学稳定性或较高强度的钢。

3确定化学成分极限值的一般准则3.1碳

在碳含量不小于0.03%时,推荐取两位小数;在碳含量不大于0.030%时,推荐取三位小数。

3.2锰

除Cr-Ni-Mn牌号外,对奥氏体钢和其它牌号分别推荐用2%和1% (最大值),但不包括含高硫或硒 的易切削钢或需提高氮固溶度的牌号。

3.3 磷

除非由于技术原因有关生产厂推荐用较低的极限值外,奥氏体类不锈钢推荐用≤0.045%,其它牌号用≤ 0.040%。

3.4硫

除非由于特殊技术原因已规定较低的极限值外,所有牌号推荐用≤0.030%,但不包括易切削钢牌号。

3.5硅

扁平材和管材推荐用≤0.75%,长条材和锻件推荐用≤1.00%,对于同时生产长条和扁平产品的牌号 推荐选用1.00%。选用较低极限值还是较高极限值由具体产品的特殊要求确定。

3.6铬

成分上下限范围推荐为2%,原有较宽成分范围不能压缩小于3%。(八composition spread of 2% is recommended;existing broader limits were not reduced to less than a 3% spread)

3.7镍

除非由于特殊技术要求较宽的成分范围(一般含量较高),成分上下限范围推荐不超过3%。

3.8钼

除非由于特殊技术要求较宽的成分范围,成分上下限范围推荐不超过1%。除特殊技术要求外,钼含量一般应规定上、下限。

3.9氮

除特殊技术要求外,氮含量一般应规定上、下限。

3.10 铜

除特殊技术要求外,铜含量一般应规定上、下限。

3.11铌和钽

除非有特殊用途要求标明钽,同时列入两个元素(即铌+钽)时,推荐只列入铌元素。

注:Cb(columbium)和Nb(niobinm)表示的是同一种元素,我国标准一般用Nb(niobinm)。

4不锈钢标准牌号的化学成分与应用

4.1不锈钢标准牌号按冶金学分类分表,即奥氏体类、奥氏体–铁素体类、铁素体类、马氏体类和沉淀 硬化类等。

4.2本标准中的化学成分在被产品标准采用之前,不作为对任何产品的化学成分的要求。

4.3如果可能,一种牌号在各不锈钢产品标准之间化学成分最好统一。本标准规定的化学成分极限值是 用于测定每个牌号总成分中每个元素成分极限值的一种导则。第3章列入了确定每个元素成分极限值的 一般准则,本标准中规定的化学成分极限值是依据这些准则确定的。

4.4由于特殊的技术影响,各产品标准要求会有小的变化。允许在产品标准或合同、协议中适当调整化 学成分范围,或对残余元素、有害杂质含量作特殊限制规定。
