Aged 43. Mr. Zhang joined CSHK in 2003 and was appointed as an Assistant President of CSHK on 18 February 2023. Mr. Zhang graduated from Chongqing University and obtained a degree of Master of Business Administration from Hong Kong Baptist University, and he possesses the professional title of Professor level senior engineer (PRC). He is a Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and the Institute of Healthcare Engineering and Estate Management (UK). He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Building (UK), the Hong Kong Institute of Project Management, the Hong Kong Institute of Environmentalists, the Hong Kong Professionals and Senior Executives Association, and HK Bio-Med Innotech Association. He is also a Standing Committee Member of the Green Hospital Committee of China Association of Building Energy Efficiency, Young Expert of Engineering Construction Academic Committee of Architectural Society of China, Expert of Shenzhen Construction Science and Technology Committee, and Vice Chairman of Engineering Construction Professional Committee of Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce, Qianhai Shenzhen. Mr. Zhang has over 20 years’ experience in construction management.
