Cynthia is an Associate Director in KPMG’s Infrastructure Advisory Practice. She focuses on planning and execution of Hong Kong/China business development strategies. Working with her team to identify and develop long-term, sustainable account and sector strategies for key clients, and related country & community programs. Cynthia is driving the KPMG Smart City Initiative and project managing external and internal stakeholders in shaping thought leadership, private public partnerships and project collaboration around major city themes of sustainability, liveability and connectivity. She takes an interest in the development of China’s Greater Bay Area and Connected & Sustainable Cities and produced various KPMG publications on these topics. In her spare time, she hosts the Hong Kong Eco Film Festival.
